𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀-𝗶𝗻-𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗘.𝗜.𝗧.)

Design Works Engineering is growing, and we’re looking for Structural Engineers-in-Training (E.I.T.) to join our teams in Edmonton and Calgary.

This role is about more than drafting drawings—it’s about being part of projects from concept to construction. You’ll collect client and project information, prepare designs and drawings, use AutoCAD and Revit, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants. You’ll also visit job sites to see your work take shape and complete construction reviews.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

• Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering (Master’s an asset)
• Registration as an E.I.T. with APEGA
• 2–5 years of experience, ideally in multi-family residential projects
• Knowledge of wood, steel, and concrete design (ETABS/SAFE is an asset)
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset
