Who We Are

Founded in 2014 in Grande Prairie, Alberta, by Haydar Al Dahhan and John Lehners, Design Works Engineering was built on a straightforward premise: engineering should be responsive, innovative, and genuinely connected to the communities it serves. What started as a local firm has grown into an award-winning multinational consultancy — expanding steadily year over year to a team of 120+ professionals across 16 offices in North America and the Philippines.
