Moses Lugtu is a Structural E.I.T. with over 19 years of experience in the Philippines, specializing in oil and gas, petrochemical, and building design. He views engineering as a complex but rewarding puzzle—one that reveals its beauty to those who embrace the challenge.

After moving to Canada in 2021, Moses lived in Waterloo and Prince George before settling in Edmonton and joining Design Works. He’s currently working toward his P.Eng designation while contributing to a variety of structural projects.
