DIRECTOR, BRITISH COLUMBIA

With more than 30 years of senior leadership experience in British Columbia, Trevor has built a career spanning local government, private industry, and consulting engineering. He served for decades in municipal leadership roles, including Director of Public Works and Engineering and Chief Administrative Officer, where he was responsible for infrastructure delivery, capital planning, asset management, regulatory processes, and organizational leadership.

Following his public-sector career, Trevor transitioned to the private sector, holding executive roles as Director of Rental Product and later as Chief Operating Officer. In these roles, he led operational strategy, business growth, and cross-functional teams within a complex, construction-focused environment.

Today, Trevor brings his extensive municipal, construction, and operational expertise to Design Works Engineering, where he supports clients by bridging the gap between engineering design, construction execution, and municipal processes. His deep understanding of how projects move from concept to approval to delivery provides clients with practical, results-driven insight and leadership.
