Bower Place Hudson’s Bay Re-Demise is a major redevelopment within Red Deer’s Bower Place shopping centre, transforming approximately 110,000 ft² of the former Hudson’s Bay into new large-format and inline tenant spaces, including retail, fitness, and supporting CRUs. Design Works Engineering is providing full Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and life safety services, including permit documents, construction drawings, specifications, and contract administration.
