This project involved the repurposing of the second floor on the north side of the existing building, along with part of the main floor. The main floor includes 7 units/beds and 10 office units, covering approximately 5,160 ft². The second floor accommodates 37 units/beds across 13,540 ft², creating a functional and efficient use of space within the existing structure.
