Energy modeling services were provided for a new low-rise, mixed-use building consisting of 78 apartment units and ground-floor commercial space. The modeling process evaluated envelope performance, mechanical systems, and occupancy patterns to optimize energy efficiency and support code compliance. The results informed design decisions related to HVAC sizing, insulation values, and glazing performance, helping the project meet sustainability objectives while balancing construction costs and long-term operating efficiency.
