Located in South Edmonton, District 23 is a new 3.3-acre commercial development designed to bring modern convenience and community connection to the area. Phase One introduces a freestanding Starbucks and a 9,000 ft² multi-tenant building featuring a daycare and retail units, while future phases will complete the four-building, 38,000 ft² commercial hub.

Design Works Engineering provided Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical design, supporting both base building and tenant fit-ups through to construction. With its contemporary architecture, pedestrian-friendly layout, and essential local services, District 23 will serve as a welcoming retail destination and a catalyst for surrounding neighbourhood growth.
