An innovative Independent Living Community designed to connect seniors and persons with disabilities to both nature and community. The Harlequin offers fully appointed one- and two-bedroom suites, as well as studios that emphasize affordability, accessibility, and age-in-place design. The development spans 2.31 acres with a four-storey, 108,871 ft² main building and a 1½-storey clubhouse, supported by surface and underground parking.
