Project Description

Development of a six-story, 90-suite extended-stay hotel located at 740 Arthur Street West in Thunder Bay. The project incorporated guest suites equipped with kitchenettes, an indoor pool, fitness center, EV charging stations, and meeting facilities accommodating up to 120 people. Engineering services focused on integrating energy-efficient mechanical and electrical systems to support 24/7 operations, ensuring optimal guest comfort and adherence to Hilton brand standards. The hotel is situated less than 10 minutes from Thunder Bay International Airport, offering convenient access for travelers.
