Crossroads will be developed in phases which will cater to the needs of the growing Kitimat community. The development will include:

  • Crossroads Lodge, an eventual 825-guest open lodge for providing a comfortable home away from home for project workers – the first phase of the lodge will open in Spring 2019
  • A 119-room Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites with easy access for visitors and guests
  • A carefully-planned commercial development with space for offices, retail, restaurants and services sitting amongst trails, patios and outdoor park space
  • A 27-acre residential development surrounded by stunning valley views, backdropped by the Coast Mountains
