A full tenant improvement transforming a commercial unit into Paramount Lebanese Kitchen, a vibrant restaurant located inside the iconic West Edmonton Mall. The design delivers a welcoming and authentic dining environment that reflects the rich culinary traditions of Lebanese cuisine while meeting the functional and regulatory demands of a high-traffic restaurant space.

The scope included the integration of specialized kitchen equipment, food prep zones, and service areas, as well as carefully designed dining spaces, reception, and customer flow. Mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems were tailored to restaurant operations, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient performance within one of Canada’s busiest retail environments.
