The main floor features storefront rental space, providing customers with access to a wide range of mobility products and equipment, while the second floor houses administrative and operational offices that support the business’s day-to-day functions.

Integrated mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems were tailored to meet the distinct needs of each floor, providing safety, comfort, and long-term performance.
